SAN JOSE, GILROY, HOLLISTER, CA. Aug. 9, 2022 - Rebekah Children’s Services (RCS) is proud to announce that after
nearly eleven (11) months of collaborative discussions, we have formally concluded the acquisition of Chamberlain’s
Youth Services (CYS) located in Hollister, California.

Christophe Rebboah, CEO of Rebekah Children’s Services stated, “It was self-evident from the very beginning that
instant rapport, trust, and a shared alignment of mission, values, and ethics to serve the area’s most vulnerable
children, youth and families was the essence of this partnership. Both Boards of Directors were steadfast in their
determination to ensure that the legacy of both agencies, its core programs, and expertly delivered services be
fulfilled. As such, we are honoring Clara Chamberlain’s legacy and her lifetime of services to the community by
naming the campus “Rebekah Children’s Services – Chamberlain’s Campus”.

Alana Miller, past Board President of Chamberlain’s Youth Services stated, “The closure of Chamberlain’s Youth
Services was not an easy decision and one that we did not take lightly. We met with various nonprofits to determine
the entity that would best serve our community and keep our legacy intact. It was unanimous by our Board that
Rebekah Children’s Services be selected and that its array of programs will provide the people of San Benito County
what it deserves.”

The new seven (7) acre campus will serve San Benito County’s most vulnerable children, youth, and families by
providing a full continuum of mental health, educational, housing, and supportive services. Rebboah elaborated, “In
true partnership and collaboration with the San Benito County Board of Supervisors, County Behavioral Health, Social
Services, and School Districts we will harness our collective strengths to meet the immense needs of the community.
It is imperative that we do so collectively with our community stakeholders who are counting on us to present our
best selves.”

Construction and renovations for the site will commence in the Fall of 2022 with a projected completion date and Red
Ribbon Ceremony in the Summer of 2023. Rebboah concluded, “The campus will reflect an environment that is both
trauma-informed and safe offering a pathway to hope, happiness, and well-being for all children and youth. The
capital improvement and funding needs are significant; however, I am confident in our proven ability to raise the
needed capital to ensure that we deliver our community a facility that provides the absolute best care and that is
aesthetically pleasing.”

Rebekah Children’s Services established in 1897, serves up to fourteen (14) thousand children, youth, and families
annually and is one of Santa Clara South County’s biggest employers. The Mission of Rebekah Children’s Services is
“We are committed to seeing our community flourish by building pathways to hope, happiness and well-being”.
