CCHRA: Fenton & Keller: Litigation & Deposition Workshop

Join us for an in-person meeting on a different take on understanding litigation. Marco Lucido will lead a discussion on how day-to-day communication (texts, emails, etc) in the workplace can play out in the context of a lawsuit. What are those seemingly innocent comments that can be used later to support employee claims? You will learn the impact of these day to day interactions and how they can be used in depositions and litigation.

About the speaker:

Marco is an attorney with the Monterey law firm of Fenton & Keller. Marco’s practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including labor and employment law and general business litigation. Marco helps employers minimize risk by counseling them on complex rules and regulations and drafting workplace policies that meet their particular needs. In his litigation practice, Marco defends employers against a wide variety of claims, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.

Note: CCHRA is paying for parking in lot D only. All other lots are $3.00 per vehicle.
