About
We are an Intermediate Care Facility for Developmentally Disabled Adults (Long Term Care). We have three residentials homes in Gilroy which are the permanent residence of these clients. We offer 24 hour nursing support for their health care needs as well as 24 hour staff to aid with all of the clients Daily Living needs.
We offer Adult Day Program services to our clients as well.
