Kneaded provides a sheltered learning experience that is designed to mimic the real workplace. As an Apprentice at Kneaded, students have the opportunity to apply hands-on skills in bakery, food production, catering and customer service. Through the Apprenticeship program at Kneaded, students acquire the knowledge, skills and behavior patterns that employers expect and that will create pathways for career opportunities and life-long employment.  Kneaded program staff provides job placement support for each student, and upon completion of their Apprenticeship, each student has secured full-time employment or is enrolled in higher education.
